1. License grant
When you buy mixaphone, you receive a personal, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the plug-in on up to three (3) devices that you own or control. The phone apps are separate - they are free to download and don't count against the three-device limit.
You can reassign your three devices by deactivating any of them from inside the plug-in. There is no time limit on doing this.
2. Things you can do
- Install on up to three devices you own or control.
- Use in commercial projects without paying us anything extra.
- Sell, license, or distribute music made using mixaphone. We have no claim on your output.
- Move the install between machines you own (deactivate first, install second).
3. Things you can't do
- Resell, sublicense, or transfer your license to another person.
- Share your license key publicly.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or repackage the plug-in. (You can disassemble it for personal interoperability research - we won't pursue that.)
- Use mixaphone to do anything illegal where you live or operate.
4. Refunds
14 days from your purchase date, no questions asked. Email support@humpbackaudio.com with your order ID. We'll process the refund through Lemon Squeezy within a few business days. You don't have to tell us why, but we'd love to hear if you have a moment.
5. Updates
Updates through v2.x are free. If we ship a paid major upgrade after that, you'll be offered an upgrade discount, and the policy will be announced at least a month before the upgrade lands.
6. Warranty disclaimer
mixaphone is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We've tested it widely and it's stable, but we can't guarantee it works on every configuration of every DAW on every machine. If it doesn't work for you, the refund window above is your fallback.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, humpback audio is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from your use of mixaphone, including lost sessions, lost work, missed deadlines, or studio downtime. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes that can't be resolved by email will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
